Step-by-Step Instructions
Neckline & Raglan Yoke (Rounds 1-3)
With 3.5mm hook, chain 20. Sl st to first ch to form ring (ensure no twists).
Rnd 1: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in next 2 ch, [dc, ch 1, dc] in next ch (first raglan corner), dc in next 3 ch (sleeve), [dc, ch 1, dc] in next ch, dc in next 5 ch (front), [dc, ch 1, dc] in next ch, dc in next 3 ch (sleeve), [dc, ch 1, dc] in next ch, dc in last 2 ch. Sl st to top of ch-2. (28 sts + 4 ch-1 spaces).
Rnd 2: Ch 2, dc in each dc to corner, work [dc, ch 1, dc] in each ch-1 space around. Sl st to join. (36 sts).
Rnd 3: Repeat Rnd 2. (44 sts total).
Splitting for Sleeves & Working Body
Rnd 4 (Sleeve Split): Ch 2, dc to first corner. Skip the 9 sleeve stitches and work directly into next corner (first armhole created). Dc across front to next corner. Skip 9 sleeve stitches and dc into last corner (second armhole). Dc to end. Join. (26 body sts).
Rnds 5 - 7: Ch 2, dc in each of the 26 sts around. Sl st to join. (26 sts).
Rnd 8 (Bottom Ribbing): Ch 1, *fpdc around next st, bpdc around next st; repeat from * around. Sl st to join. Fasten off.
Sleeves & Wrist Cuffs
Join yarn at underarm of first armhole opening with 3.5mm hook.
Rnds 1 - 4: Work 10 dc evenly around armhole in joined rounds. (10 dc).
Rnd 5 (Cuff Ribbing): Work 10 sc in BLO around. Fasten off and weave tail.
Repeat on second sleeve.
DIY Wire Hanger & Tree Display
Take 8 inches of craft wire (or unfold a large paperclip).
Bend a 2.5-inch straight bottom horizontal bar, angle two 1.5-inch diagonal shoulders upward to meet in the center, and twist the top wire into a hanging hook.
